How we developed it
A majestic cathedral constructed from giant, hollowed-out gourds stacked into soaring, organic vaults, captured in a precise Kirigami papercut aesthetic. The interior is a rhythmic landscape of sharp-edged, layered cardstock silhouettes creating intricate, geometric shadows that stretch across curved walls. A single, stylized paper-flame amber candle sits on a central altar, radiating a warm, glowing light that permeates the layered paper textures. The square composition emphasizes the verticality of the gourd architecture and the meticulous, folding depth of the artisanal papercraft, showcasing soft, dimensional shadows and a high-contrast, elegant color palette.
