How we developed it
A surrealist, Escher-inspired interpretation of a Brazilian favela, where houses and walkways form a seamless, repeating tessellation in a vertical 9:16 orientation. The composition is a labyrinth of perspective, with bustling urban life continuing on impossible paths that fold back onto themselves. The color palette features cool, atmospheric blues and deep shadows of a misty twilight, punctuated by the warm, flickering glow of lanterns. Photographed with a 35mm lens, the image emphasizes high-contrast textures, architectural depth, and a dreamy, melancholic mood that distorts the boundary between reality and impossible geometry.
