How we developed it
A tall vertical oil painting depicting a haunting reign of terror in a distorted 2000s fantasy world. Thick, textured impasto brushstrokes coat the museum-quality grainy canvas. A towering, grotesque monarch looms over a crumbling gothic city, shrouded in a sickly, bruised violet and charcoal atmosphere. Deep shadows bleed into the canvas, while jagged, sharp highlights of pale, necrotic light illuminate decaying architecture. The composition is unbalanced and oppressive, capturing a nightmare of surreal horror with a visceral, tactile quality that evokes a sense of impending dread and historical collapse.
