How we developed it
A striking vertical graphic novel composition featuring a skeleton ascending from a dark, angular void. The figure is positioned to suggest movement out of the frame, with expansive, tattered angel wings unfurling to fill the upper space. A desaturated color palette of dusty ochre and deep indigo dominates the scene. Dramatic rim lighting outlines the bony silhouette, creating a visceral sense of depth against the flat, graphic background. Intricate cross-hatching textures define the wings, while the reaching hand is presented in a dynamic, slightly distorted forced perspective to heighten the impact of the subject toward the viewer.
