A whimiscal digital illustration of turkeys getting ready for Thanksgiving
How we developed it
A whimsical square composition showcasing a family of turkeys in a cozy farmhouse kitchen preparing for Thanksgiving dinner. The scene is rendered in classic storybook style on thick, cream-colored textured paper using delicate watercolor washes and soft graphite outlines. A plump turkey wearing a tiny patterned apron stirs a rustic wooden bowl of cranberries, while others arrange golden autumn leaves and dried corn stalks. The palette features warm umber, dusty sage, and muted apricot tones. Subtle pencil hatching adds depth to the feathers, creating a gentle, nostalgic atmosphere of preparation and quiet holiday warmth.
