How we developed it
A close-up square composition centered on a joyful interaction between a turkey with intricately detailed, soft-feathered plumage and a young girl with luminous, oversized blue eyes. They sit together on a wooden crate inside a quiet, storybook barn. The background shows soft-focus hay bales and scattered fall pumpkins. The illustration utilizes a soft, textured gouache technique with muted, gentle pastel tones. Light is dappled and soft, creating a serene, whimsical mood. The focus is on their gentle companionship, with rich textures of woven wool and natural feathers beautifully rendered in a light, charming palette.
